Abbeyhaven, Luxury 4 bed villa with private pool & spa

Our recently upgraded, luxury villa is located in 'The Abbey', a popular gated community at Westhaven in Davenport, Florida, in the prestigious Champions Gate & Reunion area, with its varied shops and restaurants.

Reunion and Champions Gate is a lovely area to be located in. Our resort has only 58 homes, a mixture of rentals and residential all very well taken care of by our "Home Owners Association" (HOA).

The drive leading into Westhaven is beautifully landscaped, you know you are staying in a "Prime Community".

Access to 'The Abbey' is through coded, automatic, electronic gates.

Disney World is only 10 minutes from the villa via the I4 and 'World Drive', with many other Floridian attractions including Sea World, Universal Studios and retail outlets just a short drive away.

The villa is furnished to a high standard, with quality furnishings offering four bedrooms. Two masters bedrooms, both with en-suite and two twin bed rooms that share a third bathroom. A large comfortable lounge has plenty of seating and a 46" flat screen TV. The well equipped kitchen has a dining nook and there is a more formal dining room for eight. The recently added games room, with its pool table and air hockey is just off the utility room, where there is a large washer and drier.

After a busy day at Disney or shopping, relax by the south west facing private pool and spa, with its spacious sun deck, which benefits from scenic views.  The large lanai provides essential shade from the beautiful Florida sunshine and is ideal for 'al fresco' dining.
